Setting up an Email Signature in OWA

To set up a signature for your email in OWA:
  1. Click Options in the upper right corner of the window and then click See All Options.
  2. Click Settings from the menu on the left side of the window.
  3. Type in what you would like your email signature to read in the box under E-Mail Signature.
  4. Click Save at the bottom right corner of the window. 
Your email signature can be formatted in a number of different ways using different fonts and colors.  You can also add links to web pages.  Your email signature will appear on every message you send.
